从一起医疗纠纷中反思基层医院医生对首诊负责制的执行偏差

Reflections from medical disputes with the primary hospital doctors performed the first diagnosis responsibility system deviation

Initial diagnosis system is one of the clinical medical works of the thirteen core system. Doctors should set up the initial diagnosis responsibility idea in clinical work and execute initial diagnosis system strictly to provide quality and safe medical service for patients. In this paper, deviation in execution of initial diagnosis in clinical doctors is exposed again in a medical disputes caused by shuffle the patient because of doctor＇s violating initial diagnosis system.
