血浆APTT、FIB、D-二聚体和hs-CRP检测在脑梗死患者中的临床意义

摘    要:
目的探讨血浆活化部分凝血酶时间(APTT)﹑纤维蛋白原(FIB)﹑D-二聚体﹑超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)在脑梗死患者中的临床意义。方法选择我院2012年6月~2013年5月收治的160例急性脑梗死患者作为实验组和同期100例健康体检者作为对照组,检测和比较两组APTT、FIB、D-二聚体和hs-CRP的水平,并进行相关性分析。结果脑梗死患者FIB、D-二聚体和hs-CRP明显高于健康对照组(P<0.05),而APTT明显低于健康对照组(P<0.05)。相关性分析显示:脑梗死患者hs-CRP和D-二聚体水平呈正相关(r=0.16,P<0.01)。结论血浆APTT缩短,FIB、D-二聚体﹑hs-CRP水平升高与脑梗死的发生有密切关系,是脑梗死的危险因素,联合检测有助于了解脑梗死的发生和病情变化,对脑梗死的预防、治疗和早期诊断有着积极的临床意义。

Abstract:
Objective To investigate the clinical significance of the plasma AF1T, FIB, D-dimer and hs-CRP in patients with cerebral infarction. Methods A total of 160 patients were treated in our hospital from June 2012 to May 2013 with acute cerebral infarction as the experimental group and the same period 100 healthy subjects as control group, detection and comparison of two groups of APTT, FIB, D-dimer and serum high sensitivity C reactive protein (hs-CRP) levels, and the correlation analysis were performed. Results The cerebral infarction patients FIB, D-dimer and hs-CRP was significantly higher than the healthy control group (P 〈 0.05), and AFYF was significantly lower than the healthy control group (P 〈 0.05). Correlation analysis showed that: patients with cerebral infarction plasma CRP and D-dimer levels were positively correlated (r=0.16, P 〈 0.01). Conclusion Shorten the plasma AFYF, elevated FIB, D- dimer and hs-CRP levels are closely related to the occurrence of cerebral infarction, which are risk factors of cerebral infarction. The combined detection of APIT, FIB, D-direct and hs-CRP is conducive to understand the occurrence of cerebral infarction and the change of disease condition, and has active clinical significance in the prevention, treatment and prognosis of cerebral infarction.
