摘    要:目的观察CBL教学法在妇产科技能教学中的应用效果。方法选取我校临床专业244名学生,采取整群抽样的方法分为实验组和对照组,实验组采用CBL教学法进行妇产科技能教学,对照组采用传统教学法授课。授课结束后,对两组采用考试和问卷调查相结合的方法进行教学效果的评价。结果实验组技能考核成绩、理论考核成绩及教学满意度均优于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论在妇产科技能教学中应用CBL教学法,学生满意度高,教学效果良好,值得推广。

Analysis on application effect of CBL teaching method on obstetrics and gynecology skill teaching

Abstract:Objective To observe the application effect of CBL teaching method on obstetrics and gynecology skill teaching. Methods Selected 244 students of clinical medicine specialty in our college,who were divided into the ex- perimental group and the control group by cluster sampling method. CBL teaching method was used to teach obstetrics and gynecology skill in the experimental group ,while traditional teaching method was adopted to the control group.Mter lecture ,the combination of examination and questionnaire methods were used to evaluate the teaching effectiveness be- tween the two group. Results Both the theory test scores, skills test scores and teaching satisfaction of the experimental group were significantly better than those of the control group,the differences were statistically significant (P all 〈0.05). Conclusion CBL teaching method in obstetrics and gynecology skill can obtain students' satisfaction and achieve teaching effect, is worthy of popularization.
