健康信念模式对早期宫颈癌患者健康教育的影响

目的探讨健康教育模式在早期宫颈癌患者健康教育中的应用效果。方法将46例早期宫颈癌患者随机分为观察组和对照组,对照组给予标准健康计划指导,观察组采用健康信念模式进行健康教育。结果观察组患者对早期宫颈癌的认知度和自我保健知识掌握度均明显高于对照组(P<0.05),遵医行为、护理满意度也优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论健康信念模式可以增强患者的健康信念,改变以往不良生活方式,帮助她们采取积极有效的预防措施,避免了各种并发症和后遗症的发生,是一种行之有效的健康式教育指导模式。

Influence of health belief model on patients with early cervical cancer in the health education

Objective To explore the effect of health belief model in the application of health education for patients with early cervical cancer. Methods The 46 patients with early cervical cancer were randomly divided into observation group and control group. The patients in control group were treated with standard health plan guidance, while the observation group were treated with health belief model in the health education. Results The awareness of early cervical cancer and master degree of self-care knowledge of observation group were significantly higher than that of control group （P〈0.05）, complying behavior and nursing satisfaction were also better than that of the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Health belief model can improve patient＇s health beliefs, change the harmful lifestyle, and help them to take positive and effective preventive measures, so as to avoid the happening of the various complications and sequela, it＇s an effective health education guidance mode.
