贵州省某院重性精神病患者住院费用结构分析

目的掌握我省省级精神病院的重性精神病患者住院费用构成情况,为医院和政府管理部门制定和健全重精患者医保政策、降低患者负担提供依据。方法对87例重精患者的住院费用、住院时间、医保状况等进行调查,调查结果采用单因素分析。结果重精患者在省级专科医院住院时间相对较短,但花费高,相当一部分未纳入医保。结论重性精神病患病周期长,治愈率低,住院时间长,患者医疗负担沉重,需要政府和社会加强保障,提供各方面关爱措施。

Analysis of hospitalization expenses structure of patients with severe mental illness in No.2 Hospital of Guizhou province

Objective To master the hospitalization expenses structure of patients with severe mental illness in provin- cial mental hospital of our province, in order to establish and improve the health insurance policy for hospital and gov- ernment, and provide basis for patients to reduce their burden. Methods The hospitalization expenses, hospital stays and health insurance of 87 patients with severe mental illness were investigated and analyzed by single factor analysis. Results The hospital stays of patients with severe mental illness in provincial specialized hospital was relatively short, but the expenses was high, and a considerable part of expenditure was not included in the health insurance. Conclu- sion The ill cycle of severe mental illness is long, the cure rate is low, the hospital stays is long, and the patients have a heavy medical burden, so they need the help of the government and society to strengthen security, and provide all aspects of care.
