| 摘 要： | 长循环脂质体作为一种新型的纳米载药系统，因其能实现血液中长滞留、高浓度靶向富集于病灶部位，在肿瘤的治疗中显示了独特的优势。通过查阅国内外相关文献并进行归纳总结，现就长循环脂质体及其制备方法、质量评价、药动学及药效学等进行综述。

| Abstract: | The novel formulation of long circulating liposomes is promising in clinical application because it has a unique mechanism of targeting tumor cells and it can realize long-term retention in the blood,as well as high concentration in the lesion site. By reviewing and summarizing the relevant literatures,the long circulating liposome and its preparation method,quality evaluation,pharmacokinetics and pharmacodynamics were reviewed. |
