| 摘 要： | 目的:综合分析治疗急性有机磷中毒患者的抢救方法,护理对策和临床疗效。方法:对32例经洗胃、导泻、抗胆碱药、胆碱酯酶复活剂和心理护理等综合治疗,并予对症处理和防治并发症。结果:31例患者治愈,有效率96.9%。结论:有机磷中毒患者治愈的基础是抢救及时,治疗得当,护理措施正确。

| Abstract: | Objective： Analysis of comprehensive treatment of acute organophosphate poisoning patients of the rescue method,nursing countermeasures and clinical efficacy analysis.Methods： 32 cases by gastric lavage and guide diarrhea,anticholinergic activity,cholinesterase resurrection agent and psychological care,etc,and comprehensive treatment for symptomatic treatment and prevention of complications.Results： thirty-one patients were cured,efficient was 96.9%.Conclusion： Organophos poisoning patients were cured on the basis of rescuing in time and appropriate treatment and nursing measures correctly. |
