| Abstract: | Objective TO discuss the category and significance of the variations of renal artery with 64一slice spiral CT angiography.Methods A retrospective evaluation of the arteriorenal anatomical variants with enhanced MDCT in 140 patients was conducted.Results In 140 patients with 280 kidneys,the rate of the variation of renal artery was 53.6%(75/140) per person and 35.4%(99/280) per kidney.B,C kidney majority,was 83.8%(83/99).There was no statistical difference between the left and right kidneys,and between the male and female.Conclusion 64-slice spiral CT angiography could show the anatomy of renal artery clearly.These show significant clinic vaule in the guidance for kidney surgery,kidney transplantation and the diagnosis of some correlated diseases. |
