| 摘 要： | 目的:总结基层医院胃癌及早期胃癌的筛查水平。方法:回顾分析某县医院接受电子胃镜检查24014例患者的胃癌检查结果。结果:胃镜检出胃癌341例,胃癌检出率1.41%,经活检病理及手术巨体病理共检出早期胃癌3例,检出率0.012%。结论:基层医院也能检出早期胃癌,并有望今后进一步提高早期胃癌检出率。

| Abstract: | Objective： To summarize the screening capacity of gastric cancer and early gastric cancer in primary hospital.Methods： To review and analysis gastric cancer screening results of 24014 patients who received the electronic gastroscopic examination in a people＇s hospital of a county.Results： 341 gastric cancer cases were detected by gastroscope,total success rate of gastric cancer was 1.41%,3 early gastric cancer cases were detected biopsy pathological and surgery pathology,detective rate was 0.012%.Conclusion： The early gastric cancer can be detected in primary hospital,and the detectable rate of early gastric cancer can be further improved. |
