经阴道子宫肌瘤剔除术临床分析

目的:探讨经阴道子宫肌瘤剔除术的临床价值。方法:对47例肌壁间子宫肌瘤患者,分别进行经阴道子宫肌瘤剔除术26例和经开腹子宫肌瘤剔除术21例,比较两组术中与术后情况。结果:两组均顺利完成手术,随访2年无复发,经阴道组与开腹组手术时间、术中出血、住院费用差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);但经阴道组胃肠反应率、术后镇痛药物应用率、胃肠功能恢复时间下床活动时间、住院时间及术后病率均少于经腹组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:经阴道下子宫肌瘤剔除术与开腹手术相比手术效果无明显差异,术后恢复优于开腹手术,是一种理想的手术方式。

Vaginal myomectomy clinical analysis

Objective： Analysis of vaginal myomectomy clinical value.Methods： For 47 cases of patients with intramural uterine fibroids,respectively vaginal myomectomy（26 cases） and myomectomy by laparotomy（21 cases） were compared intraoperative and postoperative situation.Result： Both groups were successfully operated,followed up for 2 years without recurrence,the vaginal surgery group and open group time,blood loss,hospitalization costs,no significant difference between the groups（P0.05）;but the rate of gastrointestinal reactions vaginal group,postoperative analgesics application rate,gastrointestinal function recovery time,bed activity,hospital stay,and postoperative morbidity were less than the abdominal group,the difference was significant（P0.05）.Conclusion： Vaginal myomectomy effect of surgery and open surgery compared to no significant difference in postoperative recovery than open surgery.Is an ideal surgical method.
