| 摘 要： | 目的研究在重症监护室(ICU)中常用的3种经静脉给药降压药的临床使用效果及护理要点。方法对ICU中60例术后出现围手术期高血压患者分别应用3种不同的静脉用降压药硝酸甘油、硝普钠、乌拉地尔进行降压治疗，比较不同的临床使用效果。结果硝普钠降压效果明显，但需严密观察。硝酸甘油和乌拉地尔作用平缓，尤适用老年人。结论护士可根据3种药物的药理作用进行相应的临床观察和护理。

| Abstract: | ObjectiveTo observed the clinical result of 3 kinds of commonly used depressor in Intensive Care Unit (ICU) and attend to the main point in nursing.MethodsNitroglycerin, sodium nitroprosside and urapidil hiydrochloride were used among 60 patients with perioperative hypertension in ICU respectively.ResultsSodium nitroprosside showed obviously depressed result, but needs to be observed tightly. Nitroglycerin and urapidil hiydrochloride depressed the blood pressure gentlely, and were suitable to old people particularly.ConclusionThe nurse can carry on corresponding clinical observation and nursing according to the pharmacology function of 3 kinds of medicines.
