综述了心理契约的概念、内容、结构维度以及心理契约违背对员工效能的影响。重点介绍心理契约理论与护理人力资源管理的关系以及心理契约理论运用于护理人力资源管理中的研究意义。

Abstract:
It summarized the concept, content, and structural dimension of psychological contract. It summarized the influence of psychological contract violation on staff's efficacy. And it mainly introduced the correlation between psychological contract theory and nursing human resource management and research significance of applying psychological contract theory in nursing human resources management.
