布托啡诺复合罗哌卡因用于臂丛神经阻滞术后镇痛的临床观察

目的：评价布托啡诺复合罗哌卡因用于臂丛神经阻滞术后镇痛的临床效果。方法：采用随机双盲对照研究。选择40名择期行上肢手术的患者被随机分成两组,每组20人,在连续腋窝臂丛阻滞的上肢手术后,分别连续注入以下药物组合：0.125%罗哌卡因50ml/72h（I组,n=20）,2.0mg布托啡诺复合0.125%罗哌卡因50ml/72h（II组,n=20）。患者对自身的疼痛程度通过10cm的直观类比标度（VAS）进行标定。记录副反应如瘙痒症、恶心呕吐和嗜睡。结果：两组的VAS评分在术后4h并无区别。从术后8~36h,I组的疼痛评分显著高于II组。两组不良反应的发生率并无明显差异,（P〉0.05）。结论：布托啡诺复合罗哌卡因用于臂丛神经阻滞术后镇痛效果显著,不良反应少。

Clinical Therapeutic Effect of Ropivacaine Combined with Butorphanolfor Postoperative Analgesia on Brachial Plexus Block

Objective： To evaluate the clinical effects of ropivacaine combined with butorphanol for postopertive analgesia on brachial plexus block.Method： In a randomized,double-blind,controlled study,forty patients undergoing elective upper extremity surgery were allocated randomly to one of two groups to receive either 0.125% ropivacaine injected into the brachial plexus sheath（I group） or butorphanol combined with ropivacaine injected into the brachial plexus sheath（II group）.Surgery on the upper extremity under continuous axillary brachial plexus sheath block,patients rated their pain on a 10cm visual analogue scale（VAS）.Result： VAS scores of groups I and II were no statistical difference during postoperative four hours;during eight hours to 36 hours,the postoperative VAS scores in group Ⅰwere obviously higher than those in group Ⅱ（P 0.01）however,there were no significant differences in the incidences of adverse reaction between two groups（P 0.05）.Conclusion： The effects of ropivacaine combined with butorphanol for postoperative analgesia on brachial plexus block is effective and safe with less side effect
