| 摘 要： | 目的建立以高效液相色谱法测定抗骨增生丸中淫羊藿苷含量的方法。方法色谱柱为DiamansilC18,流动相为乙腈-水(29∶71),流速为0.8ml/min,检测波长为270nm,柱温为35℃。结果淫羊藿苷进样量在0.0618μg~0.309μg范围内与峰面积积分值线性关系良好(r=1.0000),平均加样回收率为99.55%(RSD=0.8%)。结论本方法精密、准确,可用于抗骨增生丸的质量控制。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE:To determine the content of Icariin in Kangguzengsheng pills by HPLC.METHODS:The separation was performed on Diamansil C 18 ;the mobile phase was composed of acetonitrile and water(29∶71)with a flow rate of0.8ml/min.The detection wavelength was270nm and the column temperature was35℃.RESULTS:The1inear range of icariin was0.0618μg～0.309μg(r=1.0000);the average recovery was99.55%(RSD=0.8%).CONCLUSION:The method is precise,accurate,and suitable for the quality control of Kangguzengsheng Pills. |
