| 摘 要： | 目的:利用高效液相色谱法建立银黄含片的指纹图谱。方法:采用Shim-pack C18色谱柱（150 mm×4.6 mm,5μm）,流动相:乙腈与0.1%磷酸溶液进行梯度洗脱,检测波长为318nm,通过指纹图谱相似度评价软件,对10批银黄含片的指纹图谱进行了相似度计算。结果:银黄含片指纹图谱共有11个共有峰,10批样品相似度大于0.9。结论:该方法稳定可靠,可很好地控制药品质量。

| Abstract: | Objective： To establish the fingerprint chromatogram of Yinhuang buccal tablets. Method： The Shim-pack C18 column （ 150 mm ×4. 6 mm,5 um） was used,acetonitrile-0. 1% phosphoric acid as mobile phase with gradient elution,and the detection wavelength was 318 nm. Through similarity evaluation software, the similarity of fingerprint chromatogram of 10 batches Yinhuang buccal tablets were calculated. Result： The fingerprint ehromatogram had 11 common peaks, and similarity of 10 batches Yinhuang buccal tablets was greater than 0. 90. Conclusion： This method was available for the quality control of Yinhuang buccal tablets. |
