复方乌黄水凝胶的制备工艺

摘    要:目的:研究复方乌黄水凝胶的制备方法,优选工艺条件。方法:以复方乌黄水凝胶中乌头碱含量为指标,考察壳聚糖用量、海藻酸钠用量、交联时间、交联温度四个因素对复方乌黄水凝胶的制备工艺的影响。结果:壳聚糖,海藻酸钠,中药浸膏用量比例为2:6:1,交联40 min,交联温度30℃时水凝胶性能较好,并且凝胶中的乌头碱含量最高。结论:以壳聚糖为辅料,海藻酸钠为交联剂制成的水凝胶性能较好,载药量最大。

Abstract:Objective: To prepare compound Wuhuang hydrogel and optimize the preparation process. Method: The content of aeonitine in the hydrogel as the index, the amount of chitosan and sodium algenate, crossing-linking time and temperature as the impact factors, the preparation process of compound Wuhuang hydrogel was optimized. Result: When the amount ratio of ehitosan, sodium algenate and extract was 2: 6: 1, cross-linking time was 40 minutes, and the cross-linking temperature was 30 ℃, the hydrogel performance was the best, and the content of aconitine in the hydrogel was the highest. Conclusion : Chitosan as the base material and sodium algenate as the cross-linking agent, the hydrogel has promising properties and the drug loading is the highest.
