| Abstract: | Objective To explore pharmacists'methods and experience of clinical pharmaceutical care in old cadre ward.Methods main contents,work styles and results of clinical pharmaceutical care were introduced.Results and Conclusion Carrying out clinical pharmaceutical care thoroughly in clinical ward round by pharmacist is important to provide the safe,effective,rational,economic pharmacentical care for the patients. |
