高效液相色谱法同时测定苦碟子中四种黄酮的含量

目的:建立RP-HPLC法同时测定苦碟子药材中木犀草素7-O-β-D葡萄糖1→2葡萄糖苷（Ⅰ）、木犀草素-7-O-β-D-葡萄糖苷（Ⅱ）、木犀草素7-O-β-D-葡萄糖醛酸苷（Ⅲ）、芹菜素-7-O-β-D葡萄糖醛酸苷（Ⅳ）的含量。方法:采用C₁₈色谱柱（250mm×4.6 mm,5μm）,以乙腈-0.4%磷酸溶液为流动相,梯度洗脱;检测波长348 nm。结果:8批次苦碟子药材中Ⅰ含量在0.30～1.20 mg·g^-1,Ⅱ含量在0.30～1.10 mg·g^-1,Ⅲ含量在2.40～6.00 mg·g^-1,Ⅳ含量在0.90～1.70 mg·g^-1;平均回收率为Ⅰ:97.32%（RSD=0.91%）;Ⅱ:98.87%（RSD=0.86%）;Ⅲ:98.55%（RSD=1.62%）;Ⅳ:96.40%（RSD=0.85%）。结论:该方法简便,准确,灵敏,可用于苦碟子药材的质量控制。

Simultaneous Determination of Four Flavonoids in Ixeris Sonchifolia (Bge.) Hance by HPLC

Objective： To establish an HPLC method for simultaneous determination of luteolin-7-O-D-glucosidel-2 glucoside （ Ⅰ） ,luteolin-7-O-D-glucoside （ Ⅱ）, luteolin-7-O-D-glucuronic acid （Ⅲ）, and apigenin-7-O-D-glucuronic acid （ Ⅳ） in Ixeris Sonchifolia （Bge.） Hanee. Method： These flavonoids were successfully analyzed on a Cls reversed-phase chromatographic column （250 mm×4. 6 mm,5 μm） with gradient elution using water and acetonitrile as the mobile phase at room temperature. Detection wavelength was 348 nm. Result： The content of Ⅰ, Ⅱ, Ⅲand Ⅳwas 0. 30-1.20 mg·g^-1,0. 30-1.10 mg·g^-1,2.40-6.00 mg·g^-1and 0. 90-1.70 mg·g^-1,respectively,and the mean recovery of the four compounds was （ Ⅰ ） 97.32% （RSD = 0. 91% ）, （ Ⅱ） 98.87% （RSD = 0. 86% ）, （ Ⅲ） 98.55% （RSD = 1.62% ） and （ Ⅳ） 96.40% （RSD = 0. 85 % ）, respectively. Conclusion： The developed new method is simple, precise, accurate and reliable for quality evaluation of Ixeris Sonchifolia（ Bge. ） Hance.
