扶正化瘀胶囊对肝硬化失代偿期的临床疗效

目的回顾分析扶正化瘀胶囊治疗肝硬化的临床疗效。方法选择肝硬化失代偿期住院患者62例,随机分为2组,治疗组32例在护肝支持及对症治疗的基础上予扶正化瘀胶囊治疗,对照组30例仅予护肝支持及对症治疗。治疗12周观察疗效。结果治疗组总有效率97%,明显多于对照组(80%)(P<0.05);治疗组AST、ALT、GGT、总胆红素、未结合胆红素和肝纤维化四项指标较对照组明显降低(P均<0.05),Alb较对照组明显升高(P<0.05)。结论扶正化瘀胶囊佐治肝硬化失代偿期具有改善肝功能、延缓肝纤维化的优点。

Clinical effect of Fuzheng Huayu capsule in treating cirrhosis of liver in the period of decompensation

Objective It is to investigate retrospectively the clinical effect of Fuzheng Huayu capsule in treating cirrhosis of liver in the period of decompensation.Methods 62 patients of cirrhosis of liver in the period of decompensation were divided randomly into therapy group and control group.The therapy group(n=32) based on conventional therapy was treated with Fuzheng Huayu capsule,otherwise the control group(n=30) treated with conventional therapy alone.Results Treated for 12 weeks,The total effective rate of therapy group was higher than that of control group(P<0.05).Compared with control group,AST,ALT,GGT,total bilirubin,unconjugated bilirubin and the 4 indexes of hepatic fibrosis of therapy group were lower significantly,Alb was higher significantly(all P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of cirrhosis of liver in the period of decompensation,Fuzheng Huyu capsule has specific advantages of improving hepatic function,postponing hepatic fibrosis.
