氨茶碱,环磷酸腺苷对膈肌疲劳的治疗作用

目的：探讨氨茶碱、环磷酸腺苷（ｃＡＭＰ）对膈肌疲劳的治疗作用。方法：实验用家兔双侧膈神经持续刺激，复制膈肌疲劳，分别给予氨茶碱１０ｍｇ／ｋｇ、ｃＡＭＰ１０ｍｇ／ｋｇ、氨茶碱１０ｍｇ／ｋｇ加ｃＡＭＰ１０ｍｇ／ｋｇ静脉注射，于药后３０ｍｉｎ、６０ｍｉｎ记录膈肌肌电图的中心频谱（Ｆｃ）、高低频比值（Ｈ／Ｌ）及膈肌诱发电位的振幅（Ａ）、潜伏期（Ｌ）。结果：氨茶碱、ｃＡＭＰ使疲劳膈肌的Ｆｃ、Ｈ／Ｌ、Ａ有一定

Effect of aminophylline and cAMP on diaphragm fatigue

Objective:To study the effects of aminophylline and cAMP in treatment of diaphragmatic fatigue.Methods:Experiments were performed on spontaneous breathing rabbits anesthetized with urethane.The diaphragmatic fatigue was reproduced by the phrenic nerve stimulation.The aminophylline(10 mg/kg) and cAMP(10 mg/kg) alone or in combination were used on rabbits.The function of the diaphragm was assessed by diaphragmatic electromyogram(EMGdi) and diaphragm evoked potential(DEP).Results:The aminophylline and cAMP can enhance the recovery of the fatigued diaphragm.Conclusions:The aminophylline and cAMP have the effects on the function of the diaphragm and in treatment of diaphragmatic fatigue.
