卡托普利联合吲达帕胺降压疗效及血钾变化的观察

目的观察卡托普利联合吲达帕胺与单用吲达帕胺、卡托普利降压疗效及对血钾的影响。方法208例原发性高血压患者，随机分为A、B、C三组，A组70例采用卡托普利25mg 3次／a，吲达帕胺2.5mg 1次／d；B组68例采用吲达帕胺2.5mg 1次／d；C组70例采用卡托普利25mg 3次／d。每周测量血压2次，每2周查血钾一次，随访40周。结果A组总有效率与B、C两组比较有统计学差异（P〈0.01），A组治疗后血压与B、C两组治疗后血压比较有统计学差异（P〈0.01）。A组治疗前后血钾变化无统计学差异（P〉0.05），治疗后B组血钾下降及C组血钾上升有统计学差异（P〈0.01）。结论卡托普利联合吲达帕胺降压较单药效果好，且不易引起血钾异常，值得推广。

Effect of serum kalium on depressurization of captopril combine with Indapamide

Objective To observe the effect of serum kalium on depressurization of captopril combine with Indapamide and using them alone. Methods 208 cases of patients with hypertension were randomly divided into three groups, 70 patients in group A with Cptopril combined with Indapamide （Captopril 25mg tid , Indapamide 2.5mg qd）, 68 in group B with Indapamide alone （Indapamide 2.5mg qd）, and 70 in group C with captopril alone （ Captopril 25 mg tid）, measuring blood pressure twice a week and checking serum kalium once in two weeks for 40 weeks follow-up visiting. Results The total effective rate in group A is better than B and C groups（P〈0.01） , and that is no differences between group B and C （P〉0.05）. There were significant differences in group A, B and C on blood pressure, comparing with pretherapy. The blood pressure of group A after treatment is better than that in group B and C （P〈0.01）. The blood pressure in A and B groups after treatment were no differences than those before （P〉0.05）. Comparing with pretherapy, there was no difference on serum kalium in group A, the descent of serum kalium in group B is better than that before （P〈0.01）, the ascent of serum kalium in group C is better than that before （P〈0.01）. Conclusion Indapamide combined with captopril is an effective method to depress pressure than using them alone, and scarcely causes serum kalium abnormality. It＇ s deserving of generalization.
