摘    要:目的:观察表没食子儿茶素没食子酸酯(EGCG)对C57BL6小鼠脱发模型毛发生长及毛发周期的影响。方法:采用松香、蜡脱毛法诱导小鼠体毛由休止期进入生长期。脱毛次日分组,各组小鼠每日分别以8%EGCG乙醇制剂、5%米诺地尔溶液、乙醇涂擦脱毛区,连续21天,记录小鼠皮肤颜色变化过程及新生毛发生长状况,并通过HE切片观察EGCG对皮肤、毛囊形态,毛囊数目的影响。结果:与阴性对照组相比,实验组和阳性对照组提前24h由粉红变为红色、推迟48h由黑色变为灰色,而基质组与阴性对照组无明显差别;实验组和阳性对照组小鼠毛囊数目在统计学上均与阴性对照组小鼠具有显著性差异。结论:EGCG可诱导小鼠毛囊进入生长期,延长生长期时间,推迟进入退行期,并刺激小鼠毛囊数目增多。

Abstract:Objective To observe the effects of EGCG on hair growth and hair cycle of C57BL6 mouse alopecia model. Methods We induced back hair of mice from anagen to telogen by depilation of hair shafts with wax ∶resin (1∶1) mixture. The mice were treated tropically once a day respectively using 8% EGCG, 5% minoxidil solution and alcohol for 21 days, meanwhile the changes of skin color and new hair growth characteristic were observed daily. Furthermore,the effects of EGCG on skin, hair follicle morphology and the number of hair follicles were evaluated by HE slice. Results Compared with the negative control group, the back skin color of the experimental group and the positive control group turned from pink to black 24h earlier and gray from black delay 48h, while the matrix liquid group and the negative control group have no significant differences. There are significant differences in experimental group, the positive control group and the negative control group on the number of hair follicles. Conclusion EGCG not only can induce and prolong anagen, but also postpone catagen in C57BL6 mice. Moreover, EGCG can stimulate an increase in the number of hair follicles in mice.
