纤维支气管镜在呼吸系统疾病抢救中的临床应用与观察

目的探讨纤维支气管镜在重症呼吸系统疾病抢救中的应用。方法对在该院接受治疗的144例重症呼吸系统疾病患者按照抽签的方法随机分为观察组和对照组各72例。对照组采用常规治疗，观察组则加用纤维支气管镜进行治疗。对二组的临床疗效进行时比研究。结果观察组患者不仅其咳嗽、咳痰、发热等临床症状消失的时间明显短于对照组，其临床总有效率（88．9％）也显著高于对照组，二组差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。此外观察组患者治疗前后血气分析指标也明显优于对照组，且差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论纤维支气管镜能显著提高呼吸系统重症患者的临床治疗的有效率，加快患者恢复进程，值得在抢救呼吸系统危重患者中推广应用。

THE CLINICAL EFFICACY OF FIBEROPTIC BRONCHOSCOPY ON RESCUE OF 72 PATIENTS WITH RESPIRATORY DISEASES

Objective To study the clinical effect of fiberoptic bronchoscopy on rescue of respiratory diseases. Methods Totally 144 cases of respiratory patients who were admitted into Beijing space center hospital were randomly divided into treatment group and control group. The control group was treated with conventional therapy, treatment group was treated with fiberoptic bronchoscopy based on the conventional treatment. The clinical efficacy of these two treatments were analyzed and compared. Results Not only the disappeared time of cough, sputum, fever and other symptoms in treatment group were shorter than that in control group, but also the clinical efficacy of treatment group was 88. 9%, better than control group obvi- ously. The result had a significant difference （P〈0.05）. In addition, after treatment, the analysis index of blood gas in treatment group was obviously better than that before treatment, there was a significant difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion Fiberoptic bronchoscopy can highly improve the clinical effectiveness of respiratory diseases, accelerate the recovery process, it is worth to be promoted in the clinical therapy of respiratory diseases.
