金因肽联合半导体激光治疗复发性口腔溃疡的临床研究

摘    要:目的观察金因肽联合半导体激光治疗复发性口腔溃疡(ROU)的临床疗效及安全性。方法136例患者随机分为观察组及对照组各68例,二组均予金因肽摇匀溶解后喷至溃疡表面,每日早、中、晚、睡前各1次;观察组加用半导体激光口腔治疗仪照射溃疡面,光斑直径为10mm,每个光斑之间相隔5mm,根据溃疡面的面积大小进行多光斑照射,每点照射5min,1次/d。7d为1个疗程,观察时间1年。结果二组问痊愈率、显效率、总有效率比较,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05),观察组的疗效明显优于对照组。结论金因肽联合半导体激光治疗复发性口腔溃疡安全可靠,有效率高,值得临床推广应用。

Abstract:Objective To observe the curative effect and safety of Jinyintai aersol combined with semicon- ductor laser in the treatment of recurrent oral ulcer. Methods Totally 136 patients were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 68 cases in each. The two groups were given Jinyintai aerosol which was shaken up and then sprayed to the ulcer surface 4 times a day, meanwhile, treatment group was given irradiation by multi spots of the semiconductor lasor, according to the size of oral ulcer for 5 rain, once a day. The diameter of the spot was 10 mm and the distance between the two spots was 5 mm. All subjects were observed for a year, 7d for 1 course of treatment. Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P〈0.05). Conclusion The curative effect of Jinyintai aersol combined with semiconductor laser in the treatment of recurrent oral ulcer is safely and effectively, it is worthy of clinical application.
