大前庭水管综合征患者听力学相关检查分析

目的探讨分析大前庭水管综合征患者的听力学特点。方法回顾性分析在耳鼻咽喉科就诊的最后被确诊为大前庭水管综合征患儿20例，对这20例患者进行一般性资料收集以及听力学相关检查，分析大前庭综合征患儿的听力一般性特点。结果参与本次研究的20例大前庭水管综合征患儿经过听力测试以及声导抗测试，发现患者均有不同程度的听力受损甚至是耳聋情况出现，同时均表现出低频骨气导差较大，中高频骨气导差较小，经过声反射实验发现，部分患者依然可以表现出较好的声反射。结论大前庭水管综合征患者听力受损程度一般较为严重，出现一定程度的骨气导差症状，由于部分患者在听力较好时可引出声反射，因此可以看出大前庭水管综合征不仅可以表现出常见的感音神经性聋，同时也可表现为混合性聋，可以在一临床上作为诊断大前庭水管综合征的一个重要指标。

RESEARCH ON AUDIOLOGICAL FEATURES OF PATIENTS WITH LARGE VESTIBULAR AQUEDUCT SYNDROME

Objective To analyze the audiological findings in the patients with large vestibular aqueduct syn- drome[LVAS]. Methods Totally 20 cases of patients with large vestibular aqueduct syndrome diagnosed in the department of otorhinolaryngology were selected in this retrospective analysis, general data was col- lected and audiology related inspection was conducted, then bearing general characteristics of the patients were analyzed. Results Pure tone audiometry and acoustic impedance radiological examination were per- formed in 20 children with large vestibular aqueduct syndrome, and all patients were found to have varying degrees of impaired hearing, even deaf situation, and the air-bone gap was larger in low frequencies than that in high frequencies. Some patients would still be able to demonstrate good sound reflection after acous- tic reflection experiments. Conclusions The hearing damaged degree is generally more serious in the pa- tients with large vestibular aqueduct syndrome, and they often show disparities in air- bone transmition. Because some patients may lead to better hearing when the acoustic reflex, so large vestibular aqueduct syn- drome patients may not only exhibit common sensorineural hearing loss, but also can be expressed as mixed hearing loss, which can be used as an important indicator in the clinical diagnosis of vestibular aqueduct syndrome.
