| 摘 要： | 目的观察用中药肠炎方保留灌肠治疗溃疡性结肠炎的疗效。方法将40例溃疡性结肠炎患者采用中药肠炎方中药液50～150mL睡前保留灌肠，每日1次，1疗程15d。结果中药肠炎方保留灌肠总有效率分别为95．00％，1年复发率为10．53％。结论用中药保留灌肠治疗溃疡性结肠炎有较好疗效，且复发率低。 |

| Abstract: | Objective： To observe therapeutic results of retention enema with TCM on ulcerative colitis （UC）. Methods： 40 patients diagnosed as UC were given the retention enema with 50～150 mL TCM before sleep per day. Results： The results showed the total effective rate was 95.00% by using TCM therapy and the one-year recurrence rate was 10.53%. Conclusion： It is suggested that retention enema with TCM treating UC may bring better curative effect and lower recurrence rate. |
