| 摘 要： | 目的：观察乳腺癌及癌旁组织中P16（Protein16）和CDK4（CychnDePendentKinase4细胞周期素依赖激酶4）的表达，探讨其对乳腺癌发病机制。方法：潍坊市人民医院病理室的术后乳腺癌和相应的癌旁组织标本120例（癌旁组织经病理证实不存在癌细胞）。HE染色后由病理学医师对组织学类型进行病理诊断。采用S-P免疫组织化学染色方法检测乳腺癌和癌旁组织中P16和CDK4的表达。统计分析实验数据应用SAS9.02软件包，采用α^2检验，P〈0.05有统计学意义。结果：乳腺癌和癌旁组织中P16阳性率分别为40％、75％，两组间比较存在显著差异（P〈0.01）。乳腺癌和癌旁组织中CDK4阳性率分别为70％、40％，两组间比较存在显著差异（P〈0.01）。结论：CDK4可考虑用作乳腺癌的肿瘤标志物。
