飞行员个性的研究

摘    要:为飞行员的个性选拔提供科学依据,采用五态性格问卷艾森克人格问卷和卡特尔16种人格因素问卷3个量表,对我国252名健康男性飞行员进行了个性特征、个性类型个性与飞行成绩以及3种方法相互关系的研究。结果表明,飞行员的个性类型按艾森克3个人格维度的量表分,经聚类分析和逐步判别分析,可将飞行员分为3种个性类型其判别正确率达92.31%。

Abstract:In order to investigate the personality characteristics of pilots and to establish some metheds and criteria for personality selection of pilot in the future Five-pattern Char-acter Inventory,Eysenck Personality Inventory(EPI) and Cattell' s Sixteen Personality Fac-tors Questionnaire(16PF)were used for the assessment of the personality characteristics in 252 male pilots(mean age 31.8 years).camparisons were made among these methods.Then the subjects were divided into two groups according to their history of successful flight(ex- cellent and fair) for which cluster analysis and step discrimination analysis were made to ex-plore their personality types, The results were:(1) Pilots, temperament was described.(2)Successful flight was closely linked with emotional stability, venturesome, relaxation, better adaption and higher level of psychological health.(3) The correlations of the various psycho-logical test methods were first found and clarified by analysis of the results obtained.Five-pattern Characters based on the temperament theory of traditional Chinese medicine are closely related to Eysenck's personality dimension.(4) A series of psychological metheds and criteria for personality selection of pilot were preliminarily suggested.
