耳内窥镜下Ⅰ型鼓室成形术的疗效分析

目的:通过对耳内窥镜下与显微镜下Ⅰ型鼓室成形术的疗效比较,探讨耳内窥镜下Ⅰ型鼓室成形术的临床应用价值。方法:选取178例患者分别采用耳内窥镜和显微镜进行Ⅰ型鼓室成形术,其中耳内窥镜者107例,显微镜者71例,所用患者均采用内衬法,比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果:耳内窥镜组平均手术时间37.5 min,术中平均出血量9.1 ml;显微镜组平均手术时间105.6 min,术中平均出血量37.5 ml。术后随访3个月,耳内窥镜组鼓膜穿孔治愈率为92.5%,气导平均听阈提高13.1dB;显微镜组鼓膜穿孔治愈率90.1%,气导平均听阈提高12.8 dB,经检验,两组治愈率及术后听力恢复比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:耳内镜下I型鼓室成形术是一种简捷而有效的手术方法,具有较高的应用价值,值得推广应用。

The curative effect analysis of type I tympanoplasty with ear endoscope

Objective To explore the clinical application of type I tympanoplasty with ear endoscope by comparing the effectiveness of microscopy and ear endoscope in I tympanoplasty.Method Selecting 107 patients to undergo type I tympanoplasty with ear endoscope,and selecting 107 patients to undergo type I tympanoplasty with microscopy.All patients used the lining-way.Comparing the clinical application between the ear endoscope and microscopy.Results In the patients with ear endoscope,the average operation time was 37.5 minutes,and the average amount of bleeding was 9.1 mililiters.In the patients with microscopy,the average operation time was 105.6 minutes,and the average amount of bleeding was 37.5 mililiters.After 3 months,in the patients with ear endoscope,the recovery rate was 92.5 percent,and the hearing threthold of conductance was increased 13.1 dB.In the patients with microscopy,the recovery rate was 90.1 percent,and the hearing threthold of conductance was increased 12.8 dB.After the test,there was not obvious otherness between the microscopy and ear endoscope in the recovery rate and the hearing threthold resumement(P>0.05).Conclusion The type I tympanoplasty with ear endoscope is a simple and direct operation,it has clinical effects and should be used extensively.
