| 摘 要： | 介绍微血管减压术治疗面肌痉挛的体会和注意事项。方法采用乙状窦后入路，用涤纶片行面神经根微血管减压术治疗。结果２８３例面肌痉挛手术病人，有 率为９８．２３％。结论微血管减压术治疗面肌痉挛，是一种解除病因的治疗方法，治愈率高，复发率低。

| Abstract: | Objective:The article introduces the experience and indications of treatment of hemifacial spasm with micrangium decompression.Methods:By retrosigmoid approach,with teflon performing micrangium decompression of the root of facial nerve.Results:283 cases were treated with the operation,the effective rate were 98.23%,229 cases were followed-up ranged from 6 months to 9.5 years,2 cases were ineffective,3 cases recurred again,others were cured.Conclusion:The treatment of hemifacial spasm with micrangium decompression,neurotraction draw of facial nerve root is a therapy method of remove the etiology,cure rate is high and the recurrence rate is low. |
