喉癌患者血清SIL—2R与预后的前瞻性研究

目的：探讨SIL－2R与喉鳞癌的关系，评价血清SIL－2R水平检测对喉鳞癌预后的临床价值。方法：应用单克隆、多克隆双抗体夹心ELISA检测了35例喉鳞癌患者的血清SIL－2R水平，对患者远期生存情况进行了随访和统计分析。结果：喉癌患者血清SIL－2R水平较良性组或正常人显著高升（P＜0．001），与喉癌临床分期、T分级呈显著正相关，与临床分型及淋巴结转移亦密切相关；血清SIL－2R水平升高者（＞304．9kU/L）预后显著差于未升高者（＜304．9kU/L）。结论：血清SIL－2R水平不仅与喉癌的临床进程及生物学行为（如淋巴转移等）有密切关系，还可作为喉癌诊断和判断预后的一项辅助指标。

A prospective study on relationship between serum SIL-2R levels and prognosis in laryngeal carcinoma

Objective To study the relationship between SIL-2R and laryngeal carcinoma and evaluate the clinical value of serum SIL-2R levels and prognosis in laryngeal carcinoma. Method The serum SIL-2R levels were measured with ELISA in 35 patients with laryngeal carcinoma, and the survival period of these followed-up patients was statistically analyzed. Results The serum SIL-2R levels in patients with laryngeal carcinoma were significantly higher than in healthy subjects or in patients with laryngeal benign tumor (P＜0.001), closely related to clinical staging, T classification, lymph node metastasis as well as original site of laryngeal carcinoma.The survival period of patients with higher SIL-2R levels( ＞304.9 kU/L) was significantly shorter than that of patients with lower SIL-2R levels(＜304.9 kU/L). Conclusion Serum SIL-2R levels not only only caely relate to clinical development and biological behavior of laryngeal carcinoma, but also can serve as an assistant index in predicting prognosis of laryngeal carcinoma.
