中西医结合治疗与中医治疗2型糖尿病186例疗效分析

目的:比较分析近年来中西医结合治疗和中医治疗对2型糖尿病的临床疗效。方法:通过查阅湖北省罗田万密斋医院所保留的从2000年1月至2006年11月的186份2型糖尿病临床病历,按照进行中西医结合治疗及进行纯中医治疗分为中西医结合治疗组,共有病历108份,纯中医治疗组,共有病历78份。并对两组的疗效进行统计学分析和综合比较。结果:中西医结合治疗组治疗2型糖尿病的临床应用率及临床疗效均要显著优于单纯中医治疗组(P>0.05)。结论:中西医结合疗法治疗2型糖尿病的临床疗效要优于单纯中医疗法,对临床应用具有重要价值。

Outcomes of 186 Cases of Type 2 Diabetes Treated by Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and by TCM Combined with Western Medicine

Objective: To compare and analyze the clinic data of type 2 diabetes patients treated by traditional Chinese medicine.Methods: The clinic data of 186 cases of type 2 diabetes were reviewed in the Luotian Wanmizhai Hospital from Jan.,2000 to Oct.,2006,which were divided into two groups,including integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine therapy group(integrated therapy group,n=108),and traditional Chinese medicine therapy group(TCM group n=78).Results: The clinical curative effect and application rate of the integrated therapy group on type 2 diabetes was better than TCM group(P>0.05).Conclusion: The clinical curative effect of the integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine therapy group on type 2 diabetes is superior to the merely traditional Chinese medicine therapy group,which is of great significance on clinical application.
