| 摘 要： | 目的]建立芪术调经散中人参和三七的鉴别方法.方法]以三七皂苷R1和人参皂苷Rf为指标,采用高效液相色谱法对芪术调经散中人参和三七进行鉴别.结果]通过利用人参特征性成分人参皂苷Rf和三七特征性成分三七皂苷R1,并综合人参和三七中共有成分人参皂苷Rg1、人参皂苷Re及人参皂苷Rb1,可对芪术调经散中人参和三七进行鉴别.结论]该方法简便可行,可用于芪术调经散中人参和三七的同时鉴别.
