PDCA循环管理在住院病历的应用

目的探讨提高住院病历质量的有效管理方法。方法选择2000份病历，按实施PDCA循环管理前后分为对照组与实验组，每组1000份，对照组为实施PDCA循环管理前的病历，实验组为实施PDCA循环管理后的病历，比较两组病历质量的差异。结果通过PDCA循环管理法干预后，甲级病历率从96．3％上升到99．67％，乙级病历率从3．7％下降到0．33％，无出现丙级病历。结论PDCA循环管理法提高了病历质量，是病历质控的一种科学管理方法。

Application of PDCA cycle management in medical records

Objective To discuss and explore effective management method for improving the quality of medical records. Methods 2000 medical records were selected and divided into control and experimental groups according the time before and after the application of PDCA circulation management, 1000 copies in each group, medical history in control group were records before implementing the PDCA circulation management, experimental group medical records were implementing PDCA circulation management, then we compared the quality differences in medical records of two groups. Results By PDCA circulation management intervention, rate of grade A medical record increased from 96.3% to 99.67%, grade B rates dropped from 3.7% to 0.33%, without any grade C record. Conclusion PDCA circulation management method can improve the quality of medical records, it is a scientific management method for quality control of medical records.
