功能性消化不良与一氧化氮和幽门螺旋杆菌的相关性研究

摘    要:
目的探讨功能性消化不良(functional dyspepsia,FD)与幽门螺旋杆菌(helicobacter pylori,HP)感染和血清、胃液一氧化氮(NO)浓度的相关性。方法选取90例FD患者、88例健康对照和80例十二指肠溃疡(duodenalulcer,DU)患者,检测其HP感染情况以及血清和胃液NO浓度。HP的检测采用胶体金法,血清和胃液NO的检测应用改良的Griess法。比较三组研究对象的各项检测结果。结果FD患者和DU患者的HP感染率分别为34%和42%,明显高于健康对照组的6%(P〈0.01)。DU患者和FD患者血清、胃液NO水平均低于对照组(P〈0.05)。HP感染阳性的FD患者血清和胃液NO水平明显低于HP感染阴性的FD患者(P〈0.05)。结论NO和幽门螺旋杆菌感染是功能性消化不良的致病因素。在功能性消化不良疾病的发展中,NO和幽门螺旋杆菌感染起协同作用。

Abstract:
Objective To explore the association of functional dyspepsia (FD) with Helicobacter pylori (HP) infection and concentrations of nitric oxide (NO) in the serum and gastric juice. Methods Concentrations of nitric oxide and HP were detected in 90 FD patients, 88 healthy controls, and 70 pateints with duodenal ulcer (DU). NO in the serum and gastric juice was detected by the modified Griess method and HP were determined by colloidal gold method. The test results were compared among the three groups. Results The rate of HP infection was significantly higher in FD patients and patients with DU than in the healthy controls (34% and 42% vs. 6%, P〈O.O01); nitric oxide levels were lower in of patients with DU and FD patients than in the control subjects (P〈0.05). The nitric oxide levels were significantly lower in FD patients with HP infection than in those with no HP infection (P〈0.05). Conclusions Nitric oxide and Helicobacter pylori infection are the factors causing functional dyspepsia. Helicobacter pylori infection and nitric oxide play a synergistic role in the development of functional dyspepsia.
