肿瘤坏死因子α、白介素6及白介素8在小儿支气管肺炎中检测的临床意义

目的 探讨血清肿瘤坏死因子α(tumor necrosis factor-α,TNF-α)、白介素6(interleukin-6,IL-6)和IL-8的水平与小儿肺炎的关系.方法 采用放射免疫法对60例支气管肺炎患儿(分为轻型和重型)进行了TNF-α、IL-6和IL-8水平检测,并与30名正常健康儿童作比较.结果 重型肺炎与轻型肺炎患儿血清TNF-α、IL-6和IL-8水平均高于正常对照组(P值均<0.01),重型肺炎患儿血清TNF-α、IL-6和IL-8水平均高于轻型肺炎患儿(P值均<0.01).肺炎患儿血清TNF-α、IL-6和IL-8之间呈显著正相关(P值均<0.001).结论 TNF-α、IL-6和IL-8在小儿肺炎中起重要作用,检测支气管肺炎患儿血清TNF-α、IL-6和IL-8的水平对诊断、治疗和预后均有一定的临床意义.

Clinical significance of changes of serum tumor necrosis factor-α, interleukin-6 and interleukin-8 levels in children with bronchopneumonia

Objective To investigate the association of serum tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α), interleukin-6(IL-6) and IL-8 levels in children with bronchopneumonia. Methods Serum TNF-α,IL-6 and IL-8 contents were measured by radioimmunity method in 60 children with bronchopneumonia(mild and severe) and 30 controls. Results Serum levels of TNF-α, IL-6 and IL-8 in children with mild and severe bronchopneumonia were significantly higher than those in controls(all P <0.01). Serum levels of TNF-α, IL-6 and IL-8 were significantly higher in children with severe bronchopneumonia than those in children with mild bronchopeumonia(all P <0.01). Serum levels of TNF-α,IL-6 and IL-8 were positively correlated with each other in children with bronchopneumonia (all P < 0. 001 ). Conclusions TNF-α, IL-6 and IL-8 have important roles in children with bronchopneumonia. Determination of serum TNF-α, IL-6 and IL-8 levels might have important prognostic values in children with bronchopneumonia.
