摘    要:
GDxVCC能够客观精确地测量视神经纤维层厚度,通过分析GDxVCC在原发性开角型青光眼(POAG)早期诊断中的特异性、敏感性,与视野的对应关系及重复性,来评价GDxVCC在POAG早期诊断的应用价值。在POAG的早期诊断中GDxVCC具有较高的特异性、敏感性,其中特异性、敏感性最高的指标是神经纤维指数,GDxVCC与视野的对应性关系不确切有待进一步研究,GDxVCC本身具有较好的重复性。

Abstract:
GDxVCC can accurately and objectively measure the thickness of retinal nerve fiber layer.The value of GDxVCC in early diagnosis of primary open angle glaucoma (POAG) can be estimated by analyzing the specificity and sensitivity,as well as the relationship and repeatability with visual field.GDxVCC has high specificity and sensitivity in the early diagnosis of POAG,of which,nerve fiber indicator is the best indicator,the relationship between GDxVCC and visual field is not exact,further researches are needed ...
