实施长期肠外营养和家庭肠外营养的体会

为探讨长期肠外营养和家庭肠外营养的实施。我们采用经中心静脉导管输全合一营养液行长期肠外营养30例，其中10例经住院治疗后转为家庭肠外营养。每例行肠外营养6～120个月，平均12.4个月。10例家庭肠外营养者每例行家庭肠外营养6～114个月，平均95．2个月。共置上腔静脉导管71根，每根留置时间1～18个月，平均4．6个月。平均每留管26．3个月发生1次导管性感染。我们认为长期肠外营养和家庭肠外营养是肠衰竭病人维护生命的有价值治疗，可在我国安全、有效地应用。

Experience in Iongterm parenteral nutrition and home parenteral nutrition

To study the practice of longterm parenteral nutrition and home parenteral nutrition. parenteral nutrition has been delivered to 30 patients via central venous catheter with all-in-one nutrient solution, 10 of them were put on home parenteral nutrition following hospitalzation. Each patient had received parentaral nutrition for a period of 12.4 months (range. 6-120 months). There were 10 patients whose aterage length of time on home parenteral nutrition was 25. 2 months (range. 6 -120 months ). Total 7Lcatheters were inserted to superior vena cava and kept from 1 to 18 months with a average of 4. 6 months. The sepsis related to indwelling Intravenous catheter had appeared one time for 26. 3 months of parenteral nutrition. Longterm parenteral nutrltion and home parenteral nutrition are valuable life-sustaining medes of therapy for patients with gut failure. They call be used safely and effectlvely in China.
