摘    要:目的:观察在高原环境下Nogo在北京青紫蓝兔视网膜中的表达和分布。方法:北京青紫蓝兔24只随机分为实验组20只,对照组4只,分别喂养于高原环境和亚高原环境中1,3,7,10,14d取出兔眼球,制成蜡片,应用免疫组化的方法检测视网膜中Nogo的表达及分布。结果:在高原环境下Nogo在兔视网膜中的表达增多,7d达到高峰,持续到10,14d下降,与对照组比较,差异有统计学意义。结论:在高原环境下,Nogo在视网膜急性缺血缺氧损伤可能发挥了重要作用。

Abstract:AIM:To investigate the expression and distribution of Nogo in retina of adult rabbit in the plateau environment.METHODS:Twenty-four rabbits were divided into two groups:twenty of them belonged to experiment group;four of them were in control group.The rabbits were fed in the plateau and sub-plateau environment respectively.On day 1,3,7,10 and 14,the eyes of four adult rabbits were removed respectively.Meanwhile,paraffin retinal slices were made and the expression and distribution of Nogo in the retina was examined by immunohistochemistry.RESULTS:Our data showed that the experimental expression of Nogo increased in retina of adult rabbits in the plateau environment.The highest Nogo value was found on day 7,and persisted till day 10.On day 14 the value of Nogo decreased.There was statistically significant difference between experiment group and control group at 1,3,7,10,14 days with respect to Nogo absorption values.CONCLUSION:It may be of an important effect of Nogo in acute retinal ischemia and hypoxia injuries of adult rabbit in the plateau environment.
