高压氧配合常规药物治疗突发性耳聋的疗效观察及护理

目的:探讨提高突发性耳聋疗效的方法。方法:将2005年2~9月确诊为突发性耳聋的37例患者作为治疗组,将2005年2~9月确诊为突发性耳聋的33例患者作为对照组,治疗组给予高压氧配合常规药物治疗,对照组只给予常规药物治疗。观察两组治疗效果。结果:两组临床总有效率分别为89.19%和66.67%,两组差异显著(P<0.05),无1例并发症发生。结论:高压氧配合常规药物治疗突发性耳聋可明显提高疗效,治疗中加强护理有较高的安全性。

Effect observation and nursing of hyperbaric oxygen with normal drug on treating sudden deafness

Objective:To discuss the method of improving the curative effect on treating sudden deafness. Methods:70 patients of sudden deafness were divided into treatment group (n=37) and control group(n=33) .There were 37 patients in the hyperbaric oxygenation with normal medicine group,while other 33 patients in normal drug group. Results : The total effective rate were 89.1 percent and 66.7 percent.There was significant difference difference between two groups(p<0.05).No side effect was observed. Conclusion:It shows that using hyperbaric oxygenation with normal medicine on treating sudden deafness can improve the curative effect and has high security in the treatment strengthens nursing.
