| 摘 要： | 目的探讨系统性红斑狼疮病程中甲状腺激素水平,以及甲状腺激素对SLE病情活动性、治疗效果、预后观察等的评价意义。方法测定75例SLE患者血清三碘甲状腺原氨酸(T3)、甲状腺素(T4)、游离T3(FT3)、游离T4(FT4)和促甲状腺素(TSH)。对照组选取年龄性别相仿的健康体检人群。结果与对照组相比,SLE活动组T3、T4、FT3、FT4水平均显著降低(P<0.001),SLE静止组T3、T4、FT3、FT4无明显变化(P>0.05),TSH均无明显变化(P>0.05)。结论 SLE患者甲状腺激素的降低与病情活动性相关。

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the thyroid hormone levels in patients with SLE,and evaluate the role of thyroid hormone in the episode and progress of SLE.Methods The concentration of T3,T4,FT3,FT4,TSH was monitored in sera from 75 SLE patients and 70 controls.Results 75 SLE patients and 44 active patients have reduced serum levels of T3,T4,FT3,FT4(P<0.001),and no mared differences of TSH(P>0.05) compared with controls.Conclusion The descent of thyroid hormones is associated with activity of SLE. |
