| 摘 要： | 目的探讨血管内皮生长因子C(VEGF-C)和血管内皮生长因子受体3(VEGFR-3)在直肠癌中的表达及其与临床病理学特征之间的关系。方法运用免疫组织化学(SP法)检测55例直肠癌组织及相应切缘组织中VEGF-C、VEGFR-3蛋白的表达。结果 VEGF-C和VEGFR-3蛋白在直肠癌组织中,表达率分别为63.6%和60.0%,在切缘组织表达率较低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),且VEGF-C和VEGFR-3在直肠癌中的表达呈正相关关系(r=0.386,P<0.05),有无淋巴转移及不同Dukes分期的癌组织中VEGF-C和VEGFR-3表达率差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 VEGF-C和VEGFR-3在直肠癌组织中均呈高表达,并且两者的表达与直肠癌淋巴结转移情况密切相关。
