| 摘 要： | 目的掌握陕西省大骨节病病情动态,为制订防治策略提供科学依据。方法根据历年陕西省大骨节病病情监测结果和病情分布特征,2007年在陕西省选择病情较重的10市36县（区）80个村,按照全国大骨节病监测方案,对病区7~13岁儿童进行临床和X线检查。结果临床共检查7~13岁在校学生4 340人,检出5例I度病人,Ⅱ、Ⅲ度未检出,I度以上检出率0.12%。X线拍片检查7~13岁在校学生4 340人,检出阳性病人18例,X线检出率0.41%;干骺端检出12例,干骺端检出率0.28%,其中干骺端＂＋＋＂与＂＋＋＋＂各1例;骨端检出8例,骨端检出率0.18%。结论陕西省大骨节病呈稳定下降之势,但应继续开展病情监测,加强健康教育,完善防治措施,杜绝新发,治疗现患。 |
