| 摘 要： | 筛选复方环磷腺苷乳膏处方中最佳药物用量。采用正交试验法，考察不同处方制备的乳膏治疗盐酸普萘洛尔所致豚鼠背部皮肤银屑样皮损模型的效果，根据考察数据设计最佳处方。该处方设计合理，制备的复方环磷腺苷乳膏对实验性银屑病动物模型具有良好的治疗作用。 |

| Abstract: | For choosing the best formula of compound Adenosine Cyclophosphate cream, orthogonal experiment was used for studying the clinical effects of different formula on treating psoriasis vulgaris. The best formula was designed according to the result of this study. The design of the formula is reasonable and the clinical effect of the cream treating psoriasis vulgaris is good. |
