丹参多酚酸盐治疗脑梗死疗效观察

目的:观察丹参多酚酸盐治疗脑梗死的临床疗效和血液流变学的影响。方法:严格按照纳入和排除标准,将符合纳入标准的160例脑梗死患者,以查随机表法随机分成两组,对照组血塞通组70例,治疗组丹参多酚酸盐组90例,分别治疗2周,观察其临床疗效和血液流变学变化。结果:在两周内,治疗组总有效率达86%,对照组为74.8%;两组治疗前后临床疗效和血液流变学变化有显著性差异(*P<0.05);且无明显不良反应。结论:丹参多酚酸盐注射液能更有效地改善脑梗塞患者的临床症状,对于神经功能缺损的恢复有利,副作用相对较少,更适合于中老年患者。

Effect observation on treating cerebral infarction with Salvianolate

Objective： To observe the clinical effect and effects of Salvianolate on treating cerebral infarction. Methods： 160 cases of cerebral infarction met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into two groups; the control group 70 cases were given Xuesetong, the observation group 90 cases were given Salvianolate. The treatment last 2 weeks, the clinical effect and effects of Hemorheology were observed. Results： Within two weeks, the total efficiency of the treated group was 86% and in the control group was 74.8%, The two groups before and after treatment the clinical effect and Hemorheology changes have significant difference （^＊P〈0.05）, and no significant adverse reactions. Conclusion： Salvianolate injection can more effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients with cerebral infarction, favorable for the recovery of neurological function, relatively few side effects, more suitable for middle-aged and elderly patients.
