| 摘 要： | 目的探讨提高心脏移植患者存活率的主要因素。方法 １９９５年８月－１９９８年９月我们先后为７例终末期扩张型心肌病患者施行了经典式同种异体原位心脏移植手术。结果 ６便患者至今存活，且生活质量良好，心功能０－Ⅰ级，均已出院并恢复正常生活与工作近期复查心电图，超声心动图及主内膜心肌活检均未发现明显异常，另１例患者存活７天。结论 选择最佳受体，合适手术方法与良好的供心保护，尽早防治早期移植物功能衰竭等是提高 |

| Abstract: | Objective To explore the important factors that enhance the survival rate of the patients undergoing heart transplantation. Methods From Aug. 1995 to Set.1998, 7 patients with endstage dilated cardiomyopathy underwent standard orthotopic heart transplantation.Results Six patients survived with good quality of life and came back for their work. Their heart function is grade 0 to I (by NYHA). Abnormal signs were not found in these patients by ECG, echocardiography and endocardium-myocardial biopsy. The remaining one case survived for only 7 days after operation. Conclusion Accurate selection for recipient, suitable surgical procedure, excellent myocardial preservation, early prevention and treatment of the graft function failure are important factors for improvement of the survival rate of patients undergoing heart transplantation. |
