摘    要:
目的 评价乳酸林格(LR)液、Euro-Collins(EC)液、高渗枸橼酸嘌呤(HC-A)液和武汉医学院器官1号(MWO-1)液保存猪小肠的效果。方法 根据不同保存液将动物随机分成4组,每组又根据保存时间不同分成3个亚组,供肠保存2后行自体移植。结果 小肠保存10小时后移植,术后3周各组受体的存活率均为100%;保存18小时,LR液组、EC液组、HC=A液组和WMO-1液组受体的存活率分别为60

Abstract:
Objective To study the effects of four solutions, lactate Ringer (LR) solution, Euro Collins (EC) solution, hyperosmolar citrate adenine (HC A) solution, and WMO 1 solution, on porcine small bowel graft preservation.Methods The animals were given various solutions and randomly divided into 4 groups. And each group was redivided into three subgroups based on preservation time (10 h, 18 h, and 24 h). After preservation, the porcine segmental small bowel autotransplantation was performed.Results After the small bowel preservation for 10 h, on postoperative day 21 the recipient survival rate was 100% in all groups. After the small bowel preservation for 18 h, the recipient rate was 60% (LR), 100% (EC), 80% (HC A), and 100% (WMO 1). After the small bowel preservaton for 24 h, no animals were survived more than 21 days in LR group, in HC A, EC and WMO 1 groups the recipient survival rate was 20%, 80%, and 80%, respectively. Intestinal mucosal ATP level and Na -K ATPase activity were higher in EC and WMO 1 groups than in LR and HC 1 groups.Conclusion Small bowel grafts could be effectively preserved for 10 h by the LR and HC A, and for 18 h by EC and WMO 1 solutions.
