老年脑卒中患者肺部感染相关因素分析及护理

目的分析老年脑卒中患者肺部感染相关因素,针对原因提出对策。方法采用回顾性的调查方法,了解脑卒中患者肺部感染情况。结果肺炎发生在〈3d有12例,〈7d有8例,7～21d有8例。结论肺部感染主要与老年患者多器官功能减退。呼吸道防御机能下降,抗菌药物使用不规范,药物副作用有关;应针对原因提出相应的对策,以降低医院感染发生率。

Study of related factors of pulmonary infection and nursing for patients with stroke

Objective To investigate related factors in patients with stroke accompanied by pulmonary infection at the side of hemiplegia, and to put forward countermeasures. Method Clinical data of patients with stroke accompanied by pulmonary infection at the side of the hemiplegia was retrospectively analyzed. Result Pneumonia occurred in 12 patients within 3 days after stroke, in 8 patients within 7 days and in 8 patients within 7 ~ 12 days. Conclusions Pulmonary infection was mainly related to multiple organ hypofunction, defensive insufficiency of respiratory tract, antibiotic abuse and drug side effects. It is very important to put forward according to the causes to reduce pneumonia incidence.
