急性心肌梗塞心电图ST-T段改变与离子关系探讨

摘    要:目的探讨急性心肌梗塞(AMI)心电图ST-T段改变的离子基础,为临床理解分析心电图提供参考。方法对我院近期收治的12例典型AMI患者不同阶段全导联心电图进行监测,分析心电图ST-T段改变的离子基础;同时与另12例非AMI患者心电图进行比较,从差异的结果分析离子的变化。结果AMI患者心电图ST-T段在不同阶段均有不同程度的改变,并逐渐恢复到基线水平,与心肌细胞离子的变化理论分析相符;而非AMI患者除2例变异型心绞痛外,余均变化不明显,与其相关离子的变化一致。结论熟悉AMI离子的改变对理解心电图及深入分析病情具有指导意义。

Abstract:Objective To investigate the ion base of the electrocardiogram's ST-T segment chang in patient with acute myocardial infarction, and to provide the reference for analyzing and comprehending electrocardiogram in clinical. Methods To monitor the whole lead electrocardiogram of 12 typical patients with acute myocardial infarction in different stage,and to analyze the ion base of the electrocardiogram ST-T segment chang. Compare electrocardiogram with the other 12 patients with coronary heart disease ,not acute myocardial infarction.Analying the chang of ions from the different conclosions. Results The eletroeardiogram ST-T segment chang of the patients with acute myocardial infarction had different chang in different stage, and gradually recovered to baseline,which match to the ion chang of the cardial muscle cell. But the other patients without acute myocardial infarction chang insignificantly except 2 patients with prinzmetal's variant angina, according to the chang of ions. Conclusion Knowing the ion chang in acute myocardial infarction has giudable significance for understanding electrocardiogram and analyzing state of an illess.
