| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨了肝硬化患者B超结果与血清HA、PⅢP的相关性和临床意义。方法：观察经肝活检证实的慢性乙肝肝硬化患者B超声像图改变并应用放免法检测血清HA和PⅢP水平，将两者进行相关性分析。结果：B超示肝硬化患者血清HA、PⅢP水平均非常显著地高于正常人组（P〈0．01）。B超异常组的HA、PⅢP水平高于B超正常组（P〈0．01）。结论：B超声像图结果与血清HA、PⅢP测定综合分析是临床诊断肝硬化的良好相关性指标。

| Abstract: | Objective:To explore the relationship between the ultrasonic B and sercem HA,PⅢP levels in patients with hepatic cirrhosis and their clinical meanings.Methods: Serum HA,PⅢP levels(with RIA) and the ultrasonic B were all detected in patients with hepatic cirrhosis.Results: Sercum HA,PⅢP levels were higher than those in controls(P<0.01),and in abnormal ultrasonic B than those in normal ultrasonic B(P<0.01).Conclusion: Ultrasonic B analysis combined with the detection of serum HA,PⅢP is an excellent index in diagnosis of hepatic cirrhosis. |
